Training: Electronics technician for devices and systems

The Leibniz Institute for Astrophysics Potsdam (AIP) is a foundation under civil law of the State of Brandenburg established in 1992. We are a research institution funded by the federal and state governments, a member of the Leibniz Association and conduct research with an international orientation in the field of the fundamentals of astrophysics. About 200 employees work at our location in Potsdam-Babelsberg, not far from Berlin.

We are looking for an apprentice to become an
Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems
in the Technical Section as of August 9, 2021.

Here you will work in an electronics laboratory where devices and systems for astronomical research are developed and manufactured.

What we are looking for:
- "Mittlere Reife" or "Fachhochschulreife" with a good degree in the subjects: Computer science, mathematics and English are prerequisites for a successful apprenticeship.
- Self-responsibility, commitment and a high degree of independence are a natural attribute for you.
- If you also have stamina, commitment, teamwork and communication skills, we are the perfect partner for your apprenticeship.
- It is advantageous if you already have experience in recording and solving technical problems.
